REFUND POLICY

All items unopened and requested refund within 30 days of purchase can receive a full refund for the items, not including shipping. Customer pays for return shipping to Monterey Park, CA. All refunds require a return merchandise authorization number that is provided by contacting Enovative. 

 

Opened and used items, do not qualify for a refund, but contact us to find out how much a restocking fee would be. 

 

If an item is defective due to manufacturing defect, it is under the warranty policy, which allows for replacement of the defective item.
