Our Multifamily/Commercial pumps are eligible for rebates through the California Statewide Midstream Water Heating Program.

Rebates on pumps are available for existing commercial and multifamily master metered central heating plant properties.

Through the Statewide Midstream Water Heating Program, you could have the entire or a large portion of a pump covered

Front and side view of a flange pump.

Rebate amounts will be determined based on the number of dwelling units or rooms the pump serves on the property. Rebate ranges can be found below:

Unit Counts Per Rebate

Building Types

How To Calculate Your Rebate:

AutoHot_Small Multifamily Building

Multifamily:  If your existing multifamily building has 28 units, your rebate would be calculated by multiplying 28 x $37.44 which would equal $1,048.32.

Keep in mind, rebates are capped at the cost of the pump and do not include tax or shipping.

AutoHot Example: 28 x $37.44= $1,048.32 If you wanted a Commercial Demand Recirculation System | 55-Series Pump | DC055A | List Price: $1,355.00

You would take the list price minus the calculated rebate to find your out-of-pocket costs: $1,355.00 – $1,048.32 = $306.68 (Taxes and Shipping Excluded)

Commercial: If your existing commercial building has 155 units, your rebate would be calculated by multiplying 155 x $9.60 and would equal $1,488.00.
